Papri Chaat is a yummy snack a mouth-watering dish which is loved by all. Chaat is a very popular Indian street food which is found almost everywhere across the country. Seriously, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love Chaat. Don’t you love chaat?

It is quite an easy and quick recipe. So, let’s get straight to the papri chaat recipe…

Ingredients (1 Cup=250ML – makes two (02) Servings):-

  • 30 papris
  • Boiled chopped potato 1 cup
  • Onion 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander leaves 4-5 tbsp
  • Beaten curd 1 cup (sugar if required)
  • Sweet Tamarind Chutney ½ cup
  • Sev ½ cup
  • Red Chilli Powder ¼ cup
  • Chaat Masala ½ cup
  • Roasted Cumin Powder ¼ cup
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions for making Papri Chaat at home :-

Step 1:

Take a plate and arrange the papris on it

Step 2:

Add chopped potatoes, curd and sweet chutney over it

Step 3:

Sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt over it

Garnish it with pomegranate seeds and some fresh coriander leaves
